With its unobstructed view of the Hillsborough River, the historic structure has been restored and reimagined into a premier Tampa destination. We're looking for a hands-on Handyman to help keep it running smoothly and looking its best every day.
You'll be the go-to fix-it person for our food hall vendors, bars, event venues and shared spaces. You'll work closely with property management, vendors and the events team to keep repairs moving and guests happy.

- Complete preventive maintenance on building systems, common areas, restrooms and exterior spaces
- Help set up, adjust and repair event spaces, furniture and fixtures in The Gathering, Social Hall, Theatre, Rooftop 220 and other venues

- Escort and supervise vendors and contractors on site
- Keep work orders, supplies and the maintenance shop organized and up to date
- Respond to after-hours emergencies
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of handyman, building maintenance or facilities experience; commercial, restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing and light electrical
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment or HVAC (EPA 608 certification a plus)
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and being on your feet all day
- Friendly, professional and calm around guests, vendors and busy service hours
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay
- Flexible scheduling
- Paid Parking
- Employee discounts on food and beverages
- A fun and dynamic work environment with a supportive team.
