Store Project Support Team Member
Rooms To Go is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Project Support Team Member to help lead the successful implementation and adoption of enterprise technology rollouts across our Southeast and Texas divisions. This individual will play a critical role in training, supporting, and executing new initiatives that drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for sales associates, office staff, and store management on new enterprise tools and applications.
- Technology Rollouts: Support the successful deployment and adoption of key technologies, including Power BI reporting, ServiceNow, chat sales, application development,.com integration, and other enterprise tools.
- Onsite Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits throughout the assigned market to provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce training.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with sales associates to drive adoption of sales-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and improving performance.
- Collaboration: Act as a bridge between corporate teams and store-level associates to ensure smooth communication and rollout of new tools and processes.
- Reporting & Feedback: Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance execution and adoption.
- Major Initiatives: Collaborate on significant communication campaigns and enterprise-wide projects to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Two years of proven Rooms To Go experience in retail sales, training, operations, or a similar role with a focus on supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams, along with leading positive and motivational meetings.
- Strong proficiency in technology tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow, and other retail applications, and intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-starter and self-motivated with a passion for teaching, coaching, and driving success in a team environment.
- Availability for extensive travel within the Southeast or Texas division as required.
