Starting Pay: $18-$22/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35-$55/hour total compensation . There's no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!

As a construction team member, you will:

• Learn. Start as an Installer, no experience required. We train you on every tool, every process, every safety standard from day one.
• Master. Move from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead on skill, not tenure. The better you get, the faster you move.
• Earn. Once you're a Lead Installer or Team Lead, your crew's efficiency drives an uncapped bonus. Skill shows up in your paycheck, not just your title.

• Overtime pays out: Extra hours mean extra pay. Every time
• Weekends are yours: Early start, early end, Monday through Friday. No weekend work.

• Uncapped earning potential: Once you're a Lead Installer or Team Lead, your crew's efficiency drives your bonus. Top performers earn up to $150,000 annually. No cap.
