Job Description

Job Summary:
The CT Tech is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic CT imaging in the Diagnostic and Outpatient Pavilion Imaging Departments, ensuring accurate results and patient safety. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and on-call availability to meet departmental needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT scans following prescribed protocols to produce clear and precise images.
• Operate GE and Siemens CT equipment with proficiency, utilizing recent experience with preferred manufacturer.
• Obtain and maintain ARRT certification, state licensure, and BLS certification.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to department guidelines, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to on-call requests and assist with additional shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT certification and valid state license in radiologic technology.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent CT imaging experience.
• Have recent GE or Siemens CT experience, with preference for familiarity with both.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Be able to work Mon-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 4x10-hour shifts, with flexibility for shift start times.
• Exhibit strong technical skills and attention to detail.
