Responsibilities Palo Verde Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager oversees Nursing and Behavioral Health Tech staff, ensures high-quality patient care, manages administrative tasks, and serves as a bridge between clinical teams and hospital administration. Key Responsibilities include: Staff Management, Patient Care Oversight, Administrative Duties, Policy Implementation, Communication, and Professional Development.

Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required, or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' experience in Nursing Administration and/or a dedicated Leadership role in Psychiatric Nursing is preferred. Licensure: Must be currently licensed to practice in AZ by the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of JCAHO, CMS, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements. CPR certification upon hire, and successful completion of training in Handle with Care within 30 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
