AML BSA Enterprise Banking Consultant

PlanIT is a fast growing Private Equity backed US consulting firm with a fast rising Banking and Financial Services division under their Commercial Business Sector. We seek an entrepreneurial, proactive and high energy creative problem solver to work with one of our enterprise partners. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self started with great interpersonal skills and business acumen - particularly in Banking & Financial Services. Relevant industry experience in Banking and Financial Services with experience meeting regulatory and GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) standards is a must. Experience working with Anti Money Laundering and BSA Act teams is required.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify, implement and execute on AML and BSA policies and procedures
• Monitor, investigate, report and work on mitigating suspicious activity and risks
• Work with internal team members and client stakeholders to create and enforce guidelines and maintain compliance as it relates to GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) standards
• Work with internal team members and stakeholders on best practices to prevent fraud and reduce risk from financial crimes

Job Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience working with Anti Money Laundering and BSA teams is required
• Relevant experience working with Banking and Financial Services teams to reduce risks from suspicious activity
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate guidelines, procedures, risks and policies to both internal and external facing teams is required
• Experience maintaining and adhering to GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) standards is required
• Ability to work in a team environment
