From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our Scaled Growth team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.Responsibilities- Drive the rollout of global frameworks by analyzing market nuances to design and execute the best GTM strategies for high program penetration (i.e Global Agency Badging Program)- Design, launch, and execute tailored enablement programs and compelling narratives from scratch, equipping your agency ecosystem with the strategic solutions and key resources they need to maximize their growth on our platform.- Coordinate closely with regional sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure total internal alignment and drive program championing across the organization.- Act as the voice of your region, gathering insights and partner feedback to help central teams evolve our global product roadmaps and platform infrastructure.Minimum Qualification(s)- 5+ years of experience in business development, business operations, or program management in the advertising industry.- Strong ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.Preferred Qualification(s)- Strong understanding of the media agency landscape, mainly independent agencies.- Proven ability to think creatively and build programs from the ground up to influence internal teams and external agency executives.- Passion for SMB businessReq ID: A133927
