As the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction of our hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key in creating a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping staff
• Inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Training and developing housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Prior experience in a housekeeping leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
