Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.In 2021, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR 6.72 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years.Job DescriptionSupport analytical testing for biopharmaceutical product characterization and process development activitiesExecute LC-MS and mass spectrometry-based workflows, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysis as appropriatePrepare buffers and reagents; support system setup, sterilization, sampling, and cleaning activitiesDocument laboratory activities accurately in electronic systems and enter process or analytical data into appropriate databasesTroubleshoot laboratory equipment and perform minor maintenance or repairs as neededFollow safe laboratory practices and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent directly related experienceExperience executing LC-MS or other mass spectrometry-based workflows, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysisEffective documentation skills with the ability to author internal technical reportsStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to learn new analytical techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesSelf-motivated, adaptable, hands-on, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environmentExperience with Microsoft Word and ExcelAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationThis position is Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, with overtime as needed.
