Stroke Program Manager

Job Description
\nOur direct client in the Healthcare Industry is seeking for a Stroke Program Manager - FULL-TIME DAY SHIFT Direct Hire - in Paramus, NJ to build and mature the stroke program, including governance, protocols, policies, staffing plans, education, and Primary Stroke Center certification readiness.
\n \nEducation:
\nBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
\nMaster of Science in Nursing (MSN), Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master of Public Health (MPH), or related advanced degree preferred.
\n \nExperience:
\nMinimum three (3) years of relevant experience in stroke care, neuroscience, emergency services, critical care, healthcare quality, or healthcare operations required; five (5) years preferred.
\nDemonstrated experience building, expanding, or leading a stroke program and preparing for stroke-center certification/accreditation required.
\nExperience in multidisciplinary clinical operations, performance improvement, and service-line development preferred.
\n \nPosition Requirements:
\nCurrent New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
\nStroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) certification required (can be obtained within 24 months of hire)
\n \nSalary commensurate with experience:
\n$120,000-$143,000/Year
