Your compassion and dedication will bring joy and comfort to those you care for.ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.Companionship: Engage with clients through conversation, activities, and social interaction to promote their emotional well-being.Household Assistance: Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to maintain a clean and safe environment.Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their medications as prescribed, keeping track of schedules and dosages.Mobility Support: Aid clients with walking, transferring, and exercises to maintain their physical health.Documentation: Accurately record client information, progress notes, and any changes in condition to keep our team informed.Benefits and Compensation:$19 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly.5 sick days and holiday payRoom for career growth within our franchiseBonus programs – extra cash for referrals, caregiver of the month awards, and more!Ongoing training and support – in-person and virtual training provided.Train hands-on in our Center of Excellence, where we have a mock-home environment to gain realistic training in!6 Months of continuous monthly online training provided, including dementia, chronic conditions, hospice, and more!A supportive and inclusive work environment that values YOU!Mileage reimbursementOne-on-one Caregiving that makes a real impact24/7 office support so you're never alone on the jobRequirements:Must be at least 18 years old.Must have a Home Care Aid LicenseHigh school diploma or equivalent required.No professional experience required.
