Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Corporate Securities Associate to join its expanding Securities & Capital Markets practice in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in compliance and reporting, capital markets transactions, public company M&A, and corporate governance for publicly traded companies. Duties Assist in compliance and reporting for publicly traded companies. Engage in capital markets transactions and public company M&A. Advise on corporate governance matters. Ensure adherence to 34 Act, 33 Act, and stock exchange rules. Requirements 4 to 6 years of relevant legal experience. Distinguished academic credentials. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and laws. Active bar license in the location of practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar license. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
