Training Specialist

Are you a proven customer success professional excited to join a global education innovator? This position plays a key role in ensuring new clients have a smooth, successful start with the platform and continue to see value over time. This person will lead onboarding delivery (both virtual and on-site), track client usage to surface engagement trends, and act as a connective link between clients, Sales, and Product teams, feeding insights back to the sales team while building the training resources that help clients, and the broader Client Success team succeed. Major Responsibilities Onboarding: Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients, from kickoff through go-live, delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions, live demos, and onboarding walkthroughs as needed Usage Tracking: Monitor client usage trends and adoption metrics throughout and after onboarding, identifying engagement gaps and flagging at-risk accounts early Reporting to Sales: Provide Sales with regular updates on onboarding progress, client engagement, and usage insights to support renewal and growth conversations Reporting to Product Team: Relay client feedback, usage patterns, and onboarding pain points to Product, contributing insight that informs the development roadmap Training Resource Development: Build and maintain training resources — including FAQs, onboarding guides, and best-practice documentation — to support both clients and the Client Success team Travel on-site to client locations to deliver in-person training and onboarding support as needed (up to 30%) Respond to onboarding-related inquiries promptly, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance Leverage AI and other innovative tools to streamline onboarding, reporting, and resource creation workflows Balance onboarding delivery, travel schedules, reporting, and resource development across multiple clients; thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adjusting onboarding approaches as the product and client needs evolve Preferred Qualifications Experience in client onboarding with an Education SaaS platform, implementation, or customer success Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions Experience tracking and analyzing usage data to inform client health and engagement strategies Strong technology aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and teach new software and tools Experienced trainer Comfortable working with innovative technology, including AI tools, and quick to adopt new platforms as they emerge Demonstrated knowledge of the education market and its unique challenges (K-12 or Higher Education) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly to varied audiences Experience creating documentation, FAQs, or training materials for internal or external audiences Self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Comfort and experience with business travel; willingness to travel on-site to client locations for training (up to 30%); must live near a major airport Valid driver's license and/or ability to travel by air as required Live in Central or US Eastern time zone Founded in 2010, Isograd operates in 58 countries and consists of dedicated teams of developers, educational experts, and sales and marketing professionals.
