Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Registered NurseLocation: ChicagoFull timeHours:40 hours per week plus call requirement.Schedule: Availability from 7am-5:30pm M-F with call requirements (PMs, Nights and weekends included)Travel:Floating Locations 1-2 times per month: NorthShore Gi Labs (Evanston and Skokie GI Labs)What you will do:Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnosis, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of nursing care to patients and their families.Maintains competency reflective of current standards practice.Interacts and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues.Integrates ethical provisions in all areas of nursing practice.Integrates evidence-based practice and research findings into nursing practice.Recognizes and adjusts to situations that vary from the norm.Promotes safety measures to prevent patient and staff injuries.Guides and supervises staff in the provision of patient care.Enhances own professional growth and development.Maintains a safe therapeutic working environment and recognizes need for action in emergency situations.Documentation is thoroughly and timely completedPerforms other related duties as assigned or requested.What you will need:Education:Graduate from an accredited school of nursingCertification/License:IL RN LicenseCPR BLS through American Heart AssociationACLS through American Heart AssociationExperience:Prefer at least one year of experience as a staff nurse.Prefer endoscopy, med/surg, or procedural experienceDemonstrates mastery of nursing skills.Communicates effectively and if experienced RN, is able to guide and supervise nursing personnel.Required: Reliable transportation for floatingBenefits (For full time or part time positions):Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
