• Healthcare experience is mandatory with strong understanding of healthcare business processes.
• Extensive hands-on HRP configuration experience.
• Lead HRP configuration, implementation, and enhancement activities.
• Translate business requirements into HRP configurations, workflows, and solutions .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and SMEs .
• Handle troubleshooting, testing, UAT, validation, and production deployments .
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, business rules, workflows, and system changes .
• Ensure solutions meet security, standards, and healthcare best practices .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Experience with large-scale healthcare implementations, payer/provider environments, Agile teams, and enterprise applications .
