RAY AUTO GROUP IS LOOKING FOR TOP TIER SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Qualifications- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Strong negotiation skills
- Remarkable customer service skills
- Outstanding sales and/or customer service track record
- Great attendance
- Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast pace environment
- Metric-driven performance
- Maintain an expertise level of product knowledge for customer demonstration
- Work the CRM tool for a high level of sales effectiveness
- Assist customers in the completion of their applicable sales documents
- Follow sales process as defined by management
- Build a successful referral network

- As a Sales Representative, you will receive training for certification from our Manufacturers as well as support and training from the in-store Management team
- Salary paid weekly
- Bonus+Commission paid monthly
- PTO/Sick Time/Vacation Time accrual
- Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance with full benefits package
- 401K
- 10-hour shift
- 12-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass drug and background screen
- Evenings and Saturday availability
- Sales experience preferred (not required)
- Bilingual preferred (not required)
