Project Administrator

job summary:
IMMEDIATE NEED .....Construction client needs a Construction Site Admin Assistant for a contract opportunity near Nederland, TX. You need 3-10+ years of experience supporting construction sites from an administrative standpoint. Any type of industrial or heavy industrial construction experience would be ideal. You need to be local to the area. Ideal candidate will have some paralegal background, or experience handling and editing contracts.

responsibilities:

• Project Documentation: Import and manage RFIs and FCNs within the GDMS, ensuring all logs are updated, scanned, and distributed to relevant engineering departments.
• Timekeeping & Records: Collect and upload weekly team timesheets into the internal system, ensuring all personnel meet reporting deadlines.
• Administrative Support: Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOMs), and assemble technical data books or operating manuals.
• Site Operations: Manage the procurement of office supplies through the SRM system and provide general administrative assistance to the Site Manager.
• Contract Oversight: Utilize prior legal or paralegal experience to assist in the handling, reviewing, and editing of site-specific contracts and documentation.

qualifications:
You need 3-10+ years of experience working for an engineering or construction client providing administrative support to the project team

Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the Company

Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective multitasking skills

Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
