Certified Surgical Tech Full Time / Competitive Pay MLR currently looking for a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a dynamic team. - Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or equivalent.
- Valid state certification or license, if applicable.
- Proficiency in surgical instrumentation, sterilization techniques, and aseptic practices.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
- Prepare and sterilize the operating room and surgical instruments before procedures.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams by providing necessary instruments and supplies during surgeries.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure, following infection control protocols.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and proactively address them.
- Monitor and manage sterile field and surgical instruments to ensure safety and efficiency.
- As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining sterile fields, ensuring the availability of necessary instruments, and supporting the surgical team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and safety of surgical operations and providing high-quality care to our patients.
