Inventory Specialist

Inventory Specialist – Copart The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. They will use company-provided tools to document vehicle condition, complete inventories, support photographs, direct receiving traffic, and ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory while complying with Copart policies and offering solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area. Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles. Determine operational capability of motor vehicles and complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs). Maintain inventory of all materials used. Comply with company policies, procedures and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience Must be 18 years or older. Ability to work outdoors in all seasons. General automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude preferred. Basic computer proficiency; ability to operate handheld devices preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment. Driver’s license preferred. Bilingual skill a plus.
