Therapist Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy services. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' speech, language, cognition, and swallowing functions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized therapy programs based on patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress accurately and update treatment strategies accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with facility policies and state or federal regulations.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and strategies for ongoing improvement.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  Possess demonstrated expertise in evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Have at least one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR certification and any other required credentials.
