In-Home Behavior Therapist

Job Summary Paid training and RBT certification assistance provided; no experience required. Work Environment This position is ideal for someone who values autonomy. As an At‑Home Behavior Therapist, you will provide ABA therapy services in patients' homes, traveling within a designated geographic area. Work with one to two patients daily, Monday through Friday, in treatment blocks from 8 am to 12 pm, 1 pm to 5 pm, and 8 am to 5 pm with a one‑hour transition period. Responsibilities Travel to patients' homes up to 45 minutes each way. Manage your caseload autonomously, ensuring high quality services. Apply ABA principles to support children with Autism in the age range 18 months‑12 years. Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team aligned with ABC’s core values. Arrive on time and maintain focus during direct therapy sessions. Compensation High School / Associate’s Degree: $15.50–$23.50 per hour. Bachelor’s Degree: $16.50–$25.50 per hour. Master’s Degree: $17.50–$27 per hour. Qualifications Experience as a childcare provider, nanny, babysitter, preschool/infant teacher, Montessori guide, tutor, substitute teacher, camp counselor, or volunteer. Background in mental health advocacy, qualified mental health professional, behavioral health technician. Teaching, special education, sociology, human development, early childhood development, or psychology degree (college degree preferred). Paraprofessionals, direct support professionals, life skills assistants. Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Commitment to show up daily with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Eagerness to work in a caring, team‑oriented culture. Growth Opportunities Behavior Therapists can advance to Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or Board Certified Behavior Analyst roles.
