Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and form individualized treatment plans that effectively address the needs and goals of each patient.

• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions using our electronic health record system.

• Engage and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies for enhancing patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
