Assessment Planning Implementation Evaluation Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients. Identifies changes in patients condition and intervenes appropriately. Job Requirements Required Minimum of 4 years of experience at a Community or Regional Level Newborn ICU work experience Other candidates to be considered on an individual basis and attributes Registered nurse with 3 years of experience Registered Nurse: CA RN License Basic Life Support - CPR BLS Neonatal Resuscitation Program - NRP Clinical Nurse Specialist Core - CNS Preferred Greater than 5 years of experience Certified Lactation Counser Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Stable Program Where You'll Work Founded in 1940, Dignity Health - Marian Regional Medical Center is a 191-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Santa Maria, California.
