Senior Medical Economics Analyst

Analyzing medical costs and projecting financial outcomes, the full-time remote Senior Medical Economics Analyst will collaborate with leadership and analytic teams to support initiatives aimed at cost savings and Total Cost of Care goals. Key responsibilities: Perform complex analytical projects to research medical cost drivers and develop detailed reports and presentations Engage with market management and medical leadership to discuss cost mitigation opportunities Build relationships with operational leaders and contribute to department programs focused on innovation and automation Required qualifications: College degree in a STEM field such as Economics, Actuarial Science, or Health Informatics 3+ years of relevant quantitative analysis experience Strong understanding of health insurance concepts and managed care Demonstrated knowledge of provider reimbursement policies related to medical claims costs Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) is a plus
