Commercial Counsel, AI Infrastructure & Compute
The San Francisco Compute Company
The San Francisco Compute Company is seeking a Commercial Counsel to build and scale our commercial legal function as we expand our AI infrastructure business. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to structure, negotiate, and execute high-impact agreements, while mitigating risk.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in tech transactions, a JD from a U.S. law school, and California bar membership. This on-site role will shape our contracting framework and scalable processes.
