Enjoy the personal feel of a local practice with the benefits, resources, and stability of Smile Brands.What You'll DoProvide exceptional preventive and periodontal care based on each patient's individual needs.Perform comprehensive assessments, periodontal charting, radiographs, prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and other hygiene services within your scope of practice.Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, home care, and the connection between oral and overall health.Partner closely with the dentist to identify patient needs, support diagnosis, and develop personalized treatment recommendations.Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care—without judgment or pressure.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established infection-control and safety standards.Stay current on clinical techniques, technology, and evidence-based approaches to dental hygiene.What We're Looking ForActive Texas Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain one.Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to starting.A patient-first approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply—we value the right attitude, clinical foundation, and desire to grow.Your Career.
