Warehouse Pump & Valve Technician
Our client, industry-leading manufacturing is seeking a Warehouse Pump & Valve Technician to join their team. As a Warehouse Pump & Valve Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: West Valley, UT
Pay Range: $21
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, potentially 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM and occasional weekend
What's the Job?
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial pumps and valves
- Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild mechanical equipment
- Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
What's Needed?
- Experience working with industrial valves, pumps, or related mechanical equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with potential field work in the future
- Availability to work overtime, including weekends if necessary
- Steel-toe boots and the ability to pass background and drug screening
