Position: Outside Sales Representative
Pay: $36.06/hour
Shift: To be discussed
Location: Allendale, MI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to start IMMEDIATELY at $36.06/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Build new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing for clients
- Manage projects from initial sale to installation completion
- Partner with field teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support
- Seek opportunities to expand accounts and grow sales
Qualifications:
- 5+ years outside sales experience, preferably in sheet metal, fabrication, or dust collection industries
- Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to read blueprints and take measurements
- Knowledge of sheet metal applications; experience with CFM and static pressure calculations is a plus
- Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel; AutoCAD experience is a bonus
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and customer-focused
Skills:
- CAD/CAE
- Fabricator skills
- Blueprint reading
- Excel proficiency
- AutoCAD (preferred)
