Clinical Team Manager, RN - Home Health Full Time | Tampa, FL This is a full time weekend position, schedule would be Friday - Monday. Trilogy Home Healthcare is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Team Manager, Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. What You'll Do: Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a clinical interdisciplinary team Ensure quality and appropriate care delivery and staffing Act as liaison to resolve patient care issues and communicate with physicians Supervise, mentor, and train clinical staff in collaboration with other leaders Support clinical program oversight and ensure compliance with agency goals What You Bring: Graduate of an accredited nursing or therapy program; must be a licensed Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist 1+ year of Medicare Home Health field experience; Experienced field clinicians encouraged to apply!
