Description

POSITION SUMMARY: Performs X-rays and Computerized Tomography if trained and other diagnostic procedures. Floats to all shifts as needed so staff can keep adequately cross train and fill in positions PRN for staff to take ETO or fill in vacated shifts when needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • 2 year/ Associate Degree
  • 4 Year / Bachelors
  • ARRT(R), Registry eligible or 2nd year student of Accredited program for Radilogic technologist, possessing skills listed above.
  • Heart Saver

Physical Requirements

  • Medium work: Exert up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.
  • Stand for 4-5 hours per day
  • Sit for 2-3 hours per day
  • Walk for 4-6 hours per day
  • Perform repetitive tasks/motions
  • Distinguish colors
  • Hear alarms/telephone/tape recorder/normal speaking voice
  • Have good manual dexterity
  • Have good eye/hand/foot coordination
  • Have clarity of vision: Mid (>20=-<20=)
