Continuous Improvement Lead

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with approximately 5+ years of manufacturing or operations experience and 3+ years leading a small team focused on continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational performance. What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Process Engineering Technicians Drive Lean, 6S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement Develop standardized work, process documentation, and future-state value stream maps Partner with cross-functional teams to improve quality, throughput, safety, and operational performance Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows, decision-making, and engineering productivity Present improvement recommendations and business cases to senior leadership Help build a culture centered around accountability, innovation, and operational excellence What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree - Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, or related field Approximately 5+ years of manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, or process engineering experience 3+ years leading or mentoring a small team in a manufacturing environment Hands‑on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 6S, Value Stream Mapping, or Six Sigma Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency, analyze information, and enhance daily engineering work Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both the production floor and leadership team Someone who naturally thinks about future-state operations and continuously challenges the status quo Why This Opportunity?
