Temporary Real Estate Paralegal

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Atlanta office of an AmLaw firm in their search for a Temporary Real Estate Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have the following skill set: At least three years of Commercial Real Estate paralegal experience in either a law firm or corporate setting. Experience reviewing surveys, title commitments, preparing objection letters, managing interactions with title companies, UCC filings, zoning reports and other due diligence. Requirements Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
