Job Details: Position : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location : 1139 Main Ave, Warwick, RI 02886
Facility : LTC/SNF
Shift : 3pm - 11pm & 11pm - 7am (Five days in a week that's included EOW)
Contract : 8 weeks
Pay rate: $25/hr on W2
Travel Pay: $1200/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week

- BLS/CPR
- Immunization records (PPD, Flu and Physical) if updated
- Covid Vaccination Card
- State CNA license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of CNA experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL's, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting LPN's and RN's.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
