Staffing Branch Manager – Sales & Business Development-ST. JOSEPH, MISSOURI

LaborMAX Staffing is seeking a sales-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our St. Joe branch.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines new business development, outside sales, CRM/pipeline management, and branch operations. This is not solely an operational management position. The Branch Manager is expected to personally prospect, meet with potential clients, develop new accounts, and grow business in the Topeka market while leading the branch team.

What You'll Do:
Sales & Business Development
• Prospect and develop new clients through outbound calls, email, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct outside sales meetings and job-site visits throughout the St. Joe market.
• Build relationships with prospects, understand their workforce needs, and present LaborMAX staffing solutions.
• Follow up consistently on leads and opportunities to win profitable new business.
• Grow existing client relationships and identify additional business opportunities.

CRM & Pipeline Management:
• Use the company CRM daily to track prospects, calls, meetings, opportunities, and follow-up activity.
• Maintain an accurate, active pipeline and ensure opportunities continue moving through the sales process.
• Review sales activity, pipeline, goals, and results with district leadership.

Branch Leadership:
• Lead the daily operations and performance of the Topeka branch.
• Coach and develop branch employees across recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure client orders are filled with qualified employees and deliver a high level of service.
• Take ownership of branch revenue, gross margin, profitability, and overall performance.

What We're Looking For:
• Experience in sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, or branch leadership.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and conducting regular in-person client visits.
• Experience using a CRM to manage sales activity and pipeline.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance business development with the day-to-day demands of running a staffing branch.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client and prospect visits.

• Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule, after hours, weekends, and holidays
