Donations Coordinator

Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Averaging 33 hours per week

TDL Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Donations Coordinator to support donation processing and administrative operations for a well-established nonprofit organization in Fairbanks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, detail-focused work and understands the importance of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive donor and financial information with discretion. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment are important in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming donations and maintain accurate donor records
• Update and manage donor database information
• Prepare donor correspondence and acknowledgment letters
• Process electronic bank deposits and maintain related records
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Maintain organized electronic and paper documentation
• Track office and processing supply inventory
• Coordinate with vendors regarding equipment maintenance and support
• Provide general administrative support and customer service as needed

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM and use 10-key with strong accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Data entry or administrative experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with a team
• Background screening and credit check are part of the hiring process for this position
