Job Description

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized therapy approaches to help them reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Effective Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Equip patients and caregivers with knowledge about therapy strategies that support continuous progress at home.
• Track and Assess Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients continue to advance in their recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
