CONSTRUCTION BILLING & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Local construction company seeking an experienced, organized professional to join our office team. Responsibilities include AIA billing/pay applications, lien waivers, certified payroll, QuickBooks, inventory management, and general office administration .

Qualifications:
• Construction industry billing experience preferred
• Experience with AIA billing and pay applications
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
