SkillBridge Recruiter Trainee - Full-Cycle Hiring

Global- a 1st Flagship Company is seeking a SkillBridge Recruiter Trainee to join our team and support the DoD SkillBridge program participants while learning our full-cycle recruiting processes.

You will source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal systems, review résumés, draft outreach, conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and maintain ATS records. Onsite work, with mentorship from Talent Acquisition leadership and exposure to HR operations.
