Subject Matter Experts needed for Product Design project

Subject Matter Expert – Product Design Project Western Governors University (WGU) is seeking an independent contractor to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a Product Design CCC project. This position is 100% remote and part‑time/project‑based. Responsibilities Conduct Course Congruence Check to determine if course content adequately prepares students for assessment requirements. Assess rubric aspects for appropriateness to assessment and task requirements. Collaborate with WGU staff to schedule meetings as needed and facilitate communication throughout the project. Qualifications Master’s degree or above in information technology, information technology management, or an MBA with experience in IT (earned in last ten years). Minimum of seven years of director‑level or higher experience in product management or faculty teaching master program in IT management. Project Information Dates: 10/22 to 10/28 (subject to slight change) Application Deadline: 10/15 Location: Remote Time Commitment: Approximately 5 hours.
