Specialty: Medical Secretary
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical office setting
Certifications: Medical terminology or healthcare admin certifications preferred
Must-Have: All time-off requests must be submitted with the initial application
Description: We are seeking a Medical Secretary to support administrative operations in a clinical or hospital environment. Responsibilities include managing patient scheduling, handling calls, maintaining records, coordinating with physicians, and processing insurance or billing documentation. Candidates should be proficient in EHR systems (e.g., Epic or Cerner) and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a weekday, full-time role, with potential weekend coverage depending on facility needs. Onboarding typically takes 12 weeks, including system access and HIPAA compliance training.
