OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (OTA) – FULL-TIME

We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Hopedale, Ohio. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping patients improve independence, mobility, and overall quality of life in a post-acute rehabilitation setting. What You’ll Do Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Help patients improve activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and functional independence. Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians. Document patient progress accurately and maintain timely clinical records. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that supports positive outcomes. Qualifications Current Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience in post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatric therapy is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
