Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise sales sector, is seeking a Sr. Operations Program Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Operations Program Manager, you will be part of the Americas Sales Strategy & Planning department supporting the sales organization. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
- Design and implement centralized, scalable operational frameworks to enhance sales efficiency and forecast accuracy across the Americas region.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of critical sales programs, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholder alignment is maintained.
- Leverage advanced data modeling, business intelligence, and AI-driven tools to generate actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Partner with senior sales leadership to provide clear, persuasive communication that informs strategic and operational improvements.
- Maintain operational agility by proactively identifying bottlenecks and deploying innovative solutions to support high performance.
What's Needed?
- Extensive experience in sales operations, business strategy, or program management within a high-growth technology or enterprise sales environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with modern program management software such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for executive audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while delivering high-quality results.
