You'll work at the intersection of commercial excellence, innovation, and customer engagement, leading the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies that engage customers, unlock growth and create lasting value.As a trusted partner to cross-functional and global stakeholders, you'll collaborate closely as part of a self-manager cross-functional product team with **Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Customer Engagement, and Global teams** to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and bring customer-centric strategies to life.**Key Responsibilities****Strategic Marketing & Portfolio Growth*** Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned to business and customer objectives.* Lead brand planning, product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio growth initiatives.* Translate customer and patient insights into impactful marketing actions.* Identify market opportunities and drive innovative omnichannel engagement.* Partner cross-functionally to optimise commercial performance and customer outcomes.**Campaign Management & Customer Engagement*** Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns, from planning, campaign delivery and content creation, to performance evaluation* Deliver customer-centric initiatives that drive engagement, growth, and market share.* Monitor campaign performance, measure success against KPIs, and implement improvements.* Collaborate with Customer Engagement and omnichannel teams to create seamless customer experiences.**Insights & Commercial Performance*** Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, product performance, and competitor activity.* Generate actionable insights to inform strategy and future marketing initiatives.* Track customer journeys and recommend opportunities to enhance engagement and outcomes.* Present performance results and recommendations to key stakeholders.**Financial Management*** Manage forecasting, demand planning, budgets, and promotional investments.* Support portfolio planning and drive sustainable, profitable growth.**Leadership & Collaboration*** Build strong partnerships across local, regional, and global teams.* Influence stakeholders and champion agile ways of working.* Contribute to broader commercial strategy and role model Bayer's values and leadership behaviours.**About You****Essential Experience*** Minimum 5 years' pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience with a proven track record of success.* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing customer-centric marketing strategies within pharmaceuticals.* Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, budget management, and P&L responsibility.* Understanding of omnichannel marketing and digital engagement Ability to influence across matrix organisations and lead without authority* A mindset of experimentation and innovation with appetite for driving innovation and productivity using AI Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment, including commercialisation, market access, and regulatory considerations.* Deep knowledge of omnichannel marketing and digital customer engagement strategies.* Outstanding stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.* Ability to translate strategic vision into effective tactical execution.* Proven project management and prioritisation skills.* Exposure across product lifecycle stages, including launch* Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.**Desired Capabilities*** Experience leading without direct authority and working across diverse stakeholder groups.* Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic areas within the pharmaceutical industry.* Experience working within an agile and matrixed organisation.***Be You @ Bayer***We are committed to creating a culture where people can be their best, in an environment that values inclusion, diversity and flexibility.
