Generations at Applewood in Matteson, IL is seeking CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (CNAs) with at least 2 years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility to work the following 8 hour shifts, includes every other weekend both days:

• Full & Part-Time on Days (7a-3p) Including every other weekend; OR JUST EOW on Days
• Full & Part-Time on Evenings (3p-11p) including every other weekend
• Full Time on Nights (11p-7a) - MUST START AT 11:00
• $19 - 22 per hour depending on status and benefits selected
• $2 Shift Differential for Evenings and Overnights plus $2/hr extra when assigned to the Vent unit

Requirements:

of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois - NO WAIVERS ACCEPTED
• Must have at least 2 years experience as a CNA and be at least 18 years of age
• Must have an up-to-date flu vaccination receipt or bone fide religious or medical exemption
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• CPR Certified
• Must have knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS regulations as related to job duties
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
• Must conduct themselves with professionalism, and have a positive attitude
