Operations Account Manager The Operations Account Manager is responsible for after sales services for an assigned account portfolio daily, resulting in high customer satisfaction in combination with minimized losses and maximized profitability. Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and preparing recommendations. Day to Day Responsibilities Monitor and identify potential risks, such as arrears, unpaid assets and assets at risk Communicate risk signals to all internal stakeholders Initiate immediate remedial actions to minimize risk Handle all day‑to‑day questions and requests from customers Monitor all transactions in the portfolio Monitor customer satisfaction and document and pass on feedback to appropriate departments Analyze customer needs for additional products and services, identify sales opportunities and prepare recommendations Pro‑actively inform customers about appropriate additional services and products Manage all customers and contracts according to relevant policies, conditions and agreements Identify recurring issues regarding processes, procedures, documents and tooling Come up with feasible ideas for improvement and implement improvements Interact effectively with customers and vendors Qualifications & Essentials Bachelor’s degree 1-3 years related experience Basic knowledge of accounting and good knowledge of inspection, collection, recovery and processing Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Exhibit strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities Thrive in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Benefits Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity Health and Wellness program including healthy food, free health checks, and vitality activities Flexible hours with possibility to work from home Career development opportunities: online learning and member development programs Compensation Pay range: $65,262.00 - $97,894.00.
