We are seeking self-motivated and detail-oriented Pipefitters who take pride in their craftsmanship, thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment, and are committed to delivering quality work safely and efficiently. As a Pipefitter, you will play a key role in the fabrication, assembly, installation, and inspection of piping systems used globally in the energy and gas industries. From interpreting blueprints to completing final quality inspections, you'll be responsible for ensuring every installation meets project specifications, company standards, and customer expectations.

• Shift: Monday - Friday AM Shift
• Location: New Braunfels, TX
• Pay: $28+ per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and piping layouts to determine installation requirements.
• Measure, cut, thread, bevel, fit, and assemble carbon steel, stainless steel, and other piping systems.
• Install valves, flanges, pipe supports, hangers, and related piping components.
• Align and secure piping systems to ensure proper fit and functionality.
• Perform pipe modifications, bolt-up, hydrostatic testing, and system repairs when required.
• Inspect completed work to verify measurements, alignment, weld preparation, and overall quality before project completion.
• Identify and correct deficiencies while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, welders, and fellow craftsmen to meet production goals and project deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional pipe fitting and heavy industrial fabrication experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to read blueprints/isometrics and use fabrication machinery.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand, bend, or kneel throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a heavy fabrication shop environment (noise, fumes, and active welding).
• Must provide and wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots.
