In this role, you will work part-time across approximately five campuses, with a manageable caseload of around 30 students. Your dedication will contribute to student well-being, promote a positive school climate, and support social and emotional development.


Ideal candidates will bring:

• A valid LPC license in the state of Texas
• Previous experience or strong passion for working in school settings, ideally with elementary and middle school populations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage confidential information sensitively and professionally
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, especially in a multi-campus environment

Responsibilities include:

• Providing individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, social, or emotional needs
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement effective support strategies
• Maintaining detailed documentation on student progress and services provided
• Assisting with crisis intervention and prevention, as needed
• Supporting students through transitions and key developmental stages
