Requirements

• Required certification: Ultrasound Tech - Vascular
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year required 2. Cases: MULTISPECIALTY - must have general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, Breast, Transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, Echo stress treadmill experience 3. Certifications: BLS, ARDMS or ARDMS VT or CCI or RDCS required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required 5pm - 8am Monday - Friday, 24 hrs Saturday & Sunday; weekends required (on-call); all call weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Aya Offer 7 days, Client Offer 7 days; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must include response about previous Providence facility work experience 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles local radius; locals accepted at lower rate; can only submit to 1 Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
