We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to build a long-term career in a climate-controlled facility. $16/hr with multiple shift opportunities.

Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

Candidates must be flexible to work any shift based on business needs.

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime often available on Fridays
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:05 AM Overtime often available on Fridays Additional $1.00/hr shift differential
• Weekend: 3rd Shift Friday - Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Additional $2.00/hr shift differential

Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Assemble products accurately while maintaining quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, drills, tape measures, and other measuring instruments.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks on a production line.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Assembler Qualifications:

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, instructions, and schematics.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
• Experience with electrical assembly or wire harness assembly.
• Experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand throughout the shift.
• Candidate must be able to pass basic industrial skills assessment
