Civil Project Manager - Water Resources

Civil Project Manager Bolton & Menk is looking to add a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team. Location North Carolina – Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington, Kinston, Holly Springs, Wake Forest South Carolina – Rock Hill, Greenville, Myrtle Beach, Conway Responsibilities Responsible for the management, planning, budgets, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel. Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects. Serve as primary client contact and resolve project-related issues. Conduct technical analysis and documentation. Engage in public outreach, business development, and client communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent program from an accredited college. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in North Carolina and/or South Carolina. Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Effective supervisory and team‑leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software. Valid driver’s license.
